Friday 15th March is Red Nose Day in the United Kingdom - an annual event which sees scores of businesses and individuals doing activities and fun things to raise money for charities.

This year, local business networking group, Chiltern Business Connections has decided to raise money for Ok Our Kids with a Quiz Night.  Karen Pawlowska, Chair of the networking group, said:  "As a group we are always supportive of local community interest companies and small local charities.  This year we felt it would be good to focus on Ok Our Kids for our version of Red Nose Day in order to raise money to help get more of the Watch Our books printed so that young children can be taught how to recognise dangers from knife crime, cyberbullying, racism and other everyday challenges."

The quiz is being organised by Chiltern Business Connections members and hosted by the works High Wycombe on Friday 15th March from 7pm.  Mick Taylor from Excel Office Supplies will be the quiz master on the night and has been working with John Groves from TakeOneTV on some fun questions covering topics such as Murderous Film and TV Themes, Famous Foxes and a Sniff and Taste round!   Raffle prizes include Tea for Two at the London Gherkin, a Golden Ticket to the fabulous Roal Dahl Museum in Great Missenden and a month's members at the Oasis Sports Club in Marlow worth £100.  All profits are going straight to OK Our Kids for more books and we are so grateful for the effort and enthusiasm that people have shown for the event.  Can't wait to see who wins!
